	Chairman and Managing Director: KEVIN J. KADWELL Originally from Holland, Michigan, Kevin J. Kadwell is the Chairman and Managing Director. His background in professional facilities management, personal communication and cross-cultural adaptability form a dynamic combination proven to be valuable in helping the Indian business community improve relations and customer service with their partners in the West. Kevin and his wife, Leah, have two children, Clark and Claire.
	Director: LEAH KADWELL Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Leah Kadwell is the Director of Marketing and Communications. She holds a B.Sc. degree in marketing from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. She graduated summa cum laude and specialized in the international services sector. Leah is married to Kevin, and together they have two children, Clark and Claire.
	Director: P.P. JOHNSON Originally from Kerala, India, P.P. Johnson is the Director of Business Management. Mr. Johnson's 40 years of business experience brings a wealth of knowledge and prestige to KCSPL. Mr. Johnson and his wife have three grown children and are proud grandparents.
	Director: BRIAN BUHLER Originally from Sandy, Oregon, Brian Buhler is the Director of Information Technology (IT). He has over 16 years of experience with United Parcel Service in the areas of industrial engineering, software development, information services and web development. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Portland State University, Oregon, USA. Brian and his wife, LaVonne, have 3 children, Josiah, Emily and Noah.
